RESERVED GROOMING TENTING ONLY. Reserved grooming space is available for $60.00 4 DAYS.
RESERVED GROOMING GRASS AREAS POP-UPS. Indicated in green on the site map, Reserved grooming space is available for $40.00 4 DAYS.
All reserved grooming spaces are approximately 10 x 10 feet. Free Day of Show crating/grooming will be available in designated areas, bring your own shade cover.
RESERVE YOUR SPACE ONLINE at www.WheresMySpace.com. Late fee of $10 per 10 x10 will be added for reservations received after the close of entries May 27, 2026.
Reservations
The Online Reservation System website www.WheresMySpace.com is used for making your reservation. If you wish to be adjacent to another exhibitor, please make your reservations together and indicate the requests online in the comments section. Exhibitors should have no expectation of being adjacent to any specific exhibitor or ring. All attempts will be made to accommodate your requested locations, but with No Guarantees.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. The reserved setup will start Wednesday after 3:00 P.M.; however, your space will be reserved for your arrival on any day of the cluster. Dogs are NOT to be left in Grooming Tenting overnight. If you move your space or anyone else’s, you will be moved to a non-reserved area.
Everyone is to keep their area clean. Tenting will be checked nightly for cleanliness. Bahia Sur KC, nor its committees, assumes no responsibility for dogs or personal items left unattended in the Wheres My Space grooming areas, Nor do they assume responsibility for personal property. Failure to comply with these posted Housekeeping Rules may result in discipline by the Event Committee.
Grooming Set-up hours: Wednesday: 3 PM until 10 PM
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 6 AM to One hour after Best In Show
Each Tent Area is approximately (10 x10) spot $60. i.e. (10 x 20) spot $120. 4 days, (20 x 20) $240.
Each Grass Area is approximately (10 x10) spot $40. i.e. (10 x 20) spot $80. 4 days, (20 x 20) $160.

Note: Gas Generators cannot be operated within paid or free grooming areas. The Club has identified gas generator operating locations where the exhibitor can place and operate their property working and maintained gas generator and run an extension cord from the generator to the generator owner’s setup.
