RESERVED GROOMING

Reserved grooming space is available for $40 per space through WheresMySpace.com. All reserved grooming spaces are approximately 10 x 10 feet. Reserved grooming spaces will be reserved from Thursday after 2pm thru Sunday, however “your” space will be reserved for your arrival on any day of the weekend., The Cabrillo Kennel Club members or service providers assume no responsibility for damage/theft of items or injury to dogs at the show.

Exercise pens placed in your space must have plastic sheeting come up approximately 18” on the backs and sides of pens. It is the responsibility of the exhibitors to keep spaces clean. The grooming areas will be checked each night for cleanliness. The CKC Committee reserves the right to make all decisions concerning assignment of the reserved grooming spaces. VIOLATERS TO THE ABOVE POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINARY ACTION UP TO AND INCLUDING A BENCH SHOW HEARING.

Online grooming reservation begins February 13, 2026.

Late fee of $10 per 10x10 will be added for reservations received after March 18, 2026. Online grooming reservations will close when all spaces are sold or March 29, 2026, whichever comes first. Monies will NOT be refunded, and reservations cannot be changed after closing of show entry. 

Please select the grooming area you want to be. Please note, on the online form, if you also have box truck parking. If you wish to be adjacent to another exhibitor, please make your online reservations together or indicate request online in comments section Mailed in Reservations

There is no guarantee on location or reservations when mailing. The Online Reservation System website www.WheresMySpace.com is highly recommended when making your reservation. If you wish to be adjacent to another exhibitor, please send or make your reservations together or indicate request online in comments section. Every effort will be made to optimize the placement of your space. Exhibitors should have no expectation of being adjacent to any specific exhibitor or ring. One check and form per space or person. Request to set up next to each other must be mailed in the same envelope (No exceptions). All attempts will be made to accommodate requested locations but with No Guarantees. If your desired location is sold out, the next closest space will be used. If all of our reserved spaces are filled, your request and payment will be returned. Day Crating Areas:

THE SHOW COMMITTEE WILL MARK DAY GROOMING/CRATING AREAS. The Show Committee reserves the right to consolidate spaces or move exhibitors’ items to accommodate other exhibitors. USE OF OVERNIGHT SETUP IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE DAY GROOMING/CRATING AREAS. AISLES MUST BE KEPT CLEAR. The Show Committee will designate holding areas near the rings for exhibitors to put crates and tables and Dollies while they are showing.

There is absolutely no set ups between rings 2-4 and 7. This area is for show crating and must be remove withing 30 minutes after showing.

NON-RESERVED GROOMING AREA Although grooming reservations are recommended, the Cabrillo Kennel Club has free grooming areas, Non Reserved Grooming areas will be marked. The Show Committee reserves the right to consolidate spaces to accommodate exhibitors.

Reservations must be received no later than, March 29, 2026.

Each 10’ x 10’ spot = $40. (i.e. 10 x 20 = $80; 20 x 20 = $160, etc.). Online reservations at WhereMySpace.com 

Gas Generators cannot be operated within paid or free grooming areas.  The Club has identified gas generator operating locations where the exhibitor can place and operate their properly working and maintained gas generator and run an extension cord from the generator to the generator owner’s set-up.
