Overview

On 17-20 November 2023, the Coyote Classic, consisting of the Tucson Kennel Club and the Greater Sierra Vista Kennel Club, will hold a four-show cluster at the Pima County Fairgrounds, Tucson, Arizona. There will also be a number of Specialties and a working group show at the Fairgrounds on 16 November 2023.  Please read through the sections below for specific limitations and requirements for making reserved grooming and/or RV/Box Van parking reservations.

RV/Box Van Parking

The Coyote Classic provides spcaes for overnight RV or day-of-show Box Van parking for the period of Monday, November 13th departing as late as Tuesday, November 21st, 2023. During this period, you must purchase parking through the Coyote Classic if you want to park on the fairgrounds. For parking outside of this time range, please contact the fairgrounds directly. 

Additional Info:

  1. Only one vehicle/trailer may use Fairgrounds power per RV parking or Box Van space.
  2. There will be no parking refunds or changes permitted after noon PT, November 1, 2023. To request a refund, email parking2023@coyoteclassic.org.
  3. INSUFFICIENT PAYMENT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID RESERVATION
  4. The Coyote Classic will make every effort to provide a suitable space in the parking zone you have selected. However, we reserve the right to move you to another zone if we deem it necessary. Any price difference will be refunded.
  5. For the safety of other RV guests, if you arrive outside of the stated parking hours, you will be directed to a holding lot until parking opens. Hours are:
    • Monday, November 13th 3-7PM
    • Tuesday, November 14th 9AM-5PM (on call only)
    • Wednesday, November 15th 2-9PM
    • Thursday, November 16th 6AM-9PM
    • Friday, November 17th 6AM-9AM and 4PM-6PM, 6PM-9PM (on call only)
    • Saturday, November 18th 9AM-5PM (on call only)
    • Sunday, November 19th 9AM-5PM (on call only)

By submitting this form, I am acknowledging that: I agree to the terms as described above. I understand that this reservation cannot be guaranteed for any particular space and that I will accept the space assigned to me. I further understand that the overnight parking is a privilege extended by the Coyote Classic and that they assume no responsibility for fire, theft, damage or loss of any other kind to any vehicle or its contents. The Coyote Classic and its member clubs reserve the right to withdraw this privilege, without refund of fees, from any person who resorts to arguing, abusive language or other tactics. Such actions may be subject to Events Committee action. I will abide by all rules and policies of the Coyote Classic Dog Show, Member clubs and the Pima County Fairgrounds regarding parking at this show site and all directions of the Parking Committee.

RESERVED GROOMING

All reserved grooming purchases are non-refundable. All spaces are purchased for the entire weekend.  Additional Info:

  1. All grooming spaces will be assigned in the order the reservations are received. Reservations will not be accepted before Thursday, September 28, 2023.
  2. Requests for a particular space or to be set up near another exhibitor cannot be guaranteed. If you would like to be setup adjoining someone else, all parties should indicate that in the 'Comment' with “I would like to groom with:...”.
  3. All spaces have access to electricity, but access to power is not exclusive and is not reserved. Drop power boxes will be provided.
  4. Exhibitors are responsible for clean-up in and around their set-ups.
  5. Only painters tape is allowed on the floors in the Halls. NO duct or masking tape is allowed.
  6. No exercise pens, cocker pens, or puppy pens are allowed in the Halls.
  7. Old Pueblo Hall will be open at 6 a.m. Thursday, November 16, 2023 for reserved grooming set-up to begin. Thurber Hall will be open at 5pm, Wednesday, November 15, 2023 for reserved grooming set-up to begin.  Thereafter, the buildings will be locked from 9 p.m. each night until 6 a.m. the next morning.
  8. Equipment, but no dogs, may be left in the building overnight but you do so at your own risk. Neither the Coyote Classic, TKC, GSVKC, Pima County Fairgrounds, or Jack Bradshaw Dog Shows assumes any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property or dogs.
  9. There will be no refund for any space once reserved.
  10. When you arrive at the shows, check the board placed near the reserved grooming area for your reserved space(s).
  11. INSUFFICIENT PAYMENT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID RESERVATION.

By submitting this form, I am acknowledging the following: I understand that this reservation will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and that I will accept the space I am assigned. I further understand that the reserved grooming space is a privilege that can be withdrawn from those who do not follow the rules, regulations, and instructions of the Coyote Classic. The Coyote Classic consists of the Tucson Kennel Club and the Greater Sierra Vista Kennel Club.
