VENDOR SPACES

On 17-20 November 2023, the Coyote Classic, consisting of the Tucson Kennel Club and the Greater Sierra Vista Kennel Club, will hold a four-show cluster at the Pima County Fairgrounds, Tucson, Arizona. There will also be a number of Specialties and a working group show at the Fairgrounds on 16 November 2023..

The area for the Vendor Booth Spaces is inside Old Pueblo Hall. There is very limited 20' depth space available. The daily rate for booth space rental will be $75.00 for the first ten feet (10 ft deep) and $5.00 per additional frontage foot. After the first 10 feet, booth space will only be available in additional increments of 5 feet. Depth of all booth space will be 10 or 20 feet. Any vendor taking a 600 square foot or larger space for 3 days gets the fourth day free. Include any required walk space in your reservation.  Special vendor overnight parking areas have been set aside and maybe purchase through coyoteclassic.org.

Vendors may setup from 6-9 p.m. on Wednesday, November 15th and again from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, November 16th. There is no charge for setup on Wednesday or Thursday. Vehicles may park in the designated areas in or near the booth space area to unload only, but they must be removed as soon as possible. Once unloading is complete, your vehicle must be moved to an area designated by the Coyote Classic parking crew.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

1. You must bring any tables, chairs, tents/awnings, power cords, etc. to the show grounds. They are not provided by the Coyote Classic.  Thse items must fit inside your booth. 
2. Booths must be set up by 7:00 a.m. each day of the show and will remain in place until after the Best in Show competition. This will be strictly enforced!
3. Vehicles may park in the designated areas in or near the booth space area to unload only. Please unload as quickly as possible so others may do the same. Once unloading is complete, your vehicle must be moved to an area designated by the Coyote Classic parking crew.
4. Returned checks or insufficient payment does not constitute a valid reservation. Returned checks are subject to a surcharge of $25 to cover bank costs and must be replaced with either a money order/cashier’s check or cash prior to vendor setting up.
5. If sending express delivery envelopes, do not send envelopes requiring signatures for delivery.
6. The Coyote Classic Dog Shows will enforce the Arizona/Pima County leash laws. Having a dog at large is a misdemeanor under Arizona law. Your dog must be kept in an enclosed area when on your property. Tie outs are prohibited. Even if the dog causes no harm, the law says it should be restrained by a leash when in public.
7. Per Pima County Fairgrounds restriction, no food or food products will be sold on the grounds except by vendors contracted by the Fairgrounds and the Coyote Classic.
8. The vendor information that is published in the catalog will also be published to our web site at http://www.coyoteclassic.org.
9. As a courtesy to our sponsor, no competing pet food companies promoting and/or selling wet or dry dog food will be permitted to attend this event as a vendor or in any other capacity (i.e. signage).
10. All booth sales are final – no refunds.
11. INSUFFICIENT PAYMENT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID RESERVATION.

VENDOR RV SPACES

You must have purchased a vendor booth at the Coyote Classic Dog Shows to purchase a Vendor RV Space.

The Coyote Classic has set aside part of Zone Thurber, the RV area south of Thurber Hall, and part of Zone Pima, the RV area Northeast of OP Hall, for overnight vendor RV parking for the period of Monday, November 13th departing as late as Tuesday, November 21st, 2023. During this period, you must purchase parking through the Coyote Classic if you want to park on the fairgrounds. For parking outside of this time range, please contact the fairgrounds directly.

NOTE:  There are many other parking options available for our shows, but they are not available at special vendor pricing.  You can visit coyoteclassic.org to purchase those spaces.

Additional Info:

1. Only one vehicle/trailer may use Fairground's power per parking space.
2. There will be no parking refunds or changes permitted after noon PT, November 1, 2023. To request a refund, email parking2023@coyoteclassic.org.
3. INSUFFICIENT PAYMENT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID RESERVATION
4. The Coyote Classic will make every effort to provide a suitable space in the parking zone you have selected. However, we reserve the right to move you to another zone if we deem it necessary. Any price difference will be refunded.
5. For the safety of other RV guests, if you arrive outside of the stated parking hours, you will be directed to a holding lot until parking opens. Hours are:

• Tuesday, November 14th 9AM-5PM (on call only)
• Wednesday, November 15th 2-9PM
• Thursday, November 16th 6AM-9PM
• Friday, November 17th 6AM-9AM and 4PM-6PM, 6PM-9PM (on call only)
• Saturday, November 18th 9AM-5PM (on call only)
• Sunday, November 19th 9AM-5PM (on call only)

By submitting this form, I am acknowledging that: I agree to the terms as described above. I understand that this reservation cannot be guaranteed for any particular space and that I will accept the space assigned to me. I further understand that the overnight parking is a privilege extended by the Coyote Classic and that they assume no responsibility for fire, theft, damage or loss of any other kind to any vehicle or its contents. The Coyote Classic and its member clubs reserve the right to withdraw this privilege, without refund of fees, from any person who resorts to arguing, abusive language or other tactics. Such actions may be subject to Events Committee action. I will abide by all rules and policies of the Coyote Classic Dog Show, Member clubs and the Pima County Fairgrounds regarding parking at this show site and all directions of the Parking Committee.

Event Info

The Coyote Classic attracts over 1200 dogs and their handler/owners to the all breed shows.  This year we have added 4 days of FastCAT, expected to be very popular and a great spectator sport.  We believe having vendors on site is a nice benefit for our handlers and spectators, especially as we lead into the holiday shopping period.

We believe having the vendors setup in our main hall provides a nice, clear sales environment and great foot traffic.
