he Online Reservation System website, www.WheresMySpace.com, is highly recommended when
making your reservation. If you wish to be adjacent to another exhibitor, please send or make your
reservations together or indicate request online in comments section. Exhibitors should have no
expectation of being adjacent to any specific exhibitor or ring. One check and form per space or person.
All attempts will be made to accommodate requested locations but with No Guarantees.
Reserved setup will start Thursday after 3:00 PM, however, your space will be reserved for your arrival on
any day of the cluster. Dogs are NOT to be left under tents overnight.
Grooming spaces are reserved. Set up in your space only. If you move your space or anyone else’s, you
will be moved to non-reserved grooming.
Electricity is not available anywhere on the grounds. Personal generators, properly muffled, may be used
in the reserved grooming areas and the free grooming area on the West side of the grounds. No
personal generators will be allowed within the show area which includes the area along the hedge row.
Anyone plugging into any of the Bates Nut Farm electrical outlets anywhere on the site will be benched.
No x-pens will be allowed under any Club provided tents.
Everyone is to keep their area clean. Do not throw dirty water into trash bins. The grooming areas will be
checked nightly for cleanliness.
The Del Sur Kennel Club, its committees, workers, volunteers and Bates Nut Farm assume no
responsibility for dogs or personal items left unattended. Nor do they assume responsibility for any
personal property.
All grooming areas are to be vacated immediately following Best in Show judging on Sunday.
Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in disciplinary action by the Event Committee.
