OUTSIDE ONLINE GROOMING RESERVATION

OUTSIDE GROOMING AREAS - Reserved Grooming Area (Spaces are limited – RESERVE EARLY).

Outside Reserved Grooming will be around the outside show rings. Some spaces may be irregular due to pillars and/or trees; all spaces are approximately 10x10 size on grass.  

Owners and/or handlers are responsible for maintaining control of their dogs while on the show grounds. The Cluster clubs, club members and Fairgrounds assume no responsibility for dogs unattended and/or personal items on the show site.

No vehicles are allowed to pull up to the BACKYARD to unload

All X-pens MUST be placed in your grooming space.  Do not throw dirty water into trash barrels, bring a container for this. Remember to keep your space clean. The grooming area will be checked each night for cleanliness.

Requests to set up next to each other must be noted in the comment section of the online reservation system.  All attempts will be made to accommodate requests but with No Guarantees.

Reserved grooming setup will start Wednesday January 30^th ,2026 at 4 PM; however, “your” space will be reserved for your arrival on any day of the cluster.

• Use of generators is restricted to designated areas on the south or north end of the backyard. These spaces are on pavement (bring ground cover) and may be a distance from the rings. Per the Fire Marshall, generators MUST be placed 20ft from canopies/tents and per AKC rules 50ft from rings.
• No smoking (including e-cigarettes) under or within 20ft of any tent or canopy. No smoking in outdoor restrooms or porta potties.
• No blow dryers within 30’ of any ring and cannot cause disruption.

• NO STAKING OF TENTS OR EQUIPMENT IS ALLOWED for the safety of exhibitors and dogs. There are electrical lines that run under the grounds. Use of stakes may lead to disciplinary action, loss of equipment and accountability for repairs to the grounds. The Fire Marshall requires all tents to be weighed down to pass inspection. The venue will levy fines for canopies not incompliance. 200 sandbags will be available for a rental fee $4.00 per bag. Exhibitors should follow the instructions and specs sheets provided by tent/canopy manufacturers.
• Setups cannot block aisles, fire hydrants, electrical boxes or areas for emergency egress.
• Exhibitors may set up tents/canopies (not exceeding 10’x10) in pre-marked areas only. Per the Fire Marshall spaces will be in groups of 6 10’x10’ spaces separated by a 12’ aisle.
• Dogs cannot be left unattended in x-pens or on grooming tables. Unattended dogs should be left in crates. Exhibitors will be required to remove barking, disruptive or unruly dogs from the area. Dogs are not allowed to be left overnight in outdoor grooming areas.

Reserving Your Outside Grooming Space

• Reservations will open 11/05/2025 Online reservations for outside grooming only at www.WheresMySpace.com
• Payment must accompany reservation. Major credit cards and paypal are accepted. E mail confirmation will be sent. Contact Reservation@Wheresmyspace.com with any issues.
• Each space will be identified by the person reserving the space and that person is considered to be the responsible party. A list of assigned spaces will be posted at each tent and at the WheresMySpace table located at the northeast corner of the backyard.

Reservations must be received no later than Close of Entries, January 14th, 2026. Late fee of $10 per 10x10 will be added for reservations received after January 14^th, 2026.

Fees will not be refunded and reservations cannot be changed after close of show entries January 14^th , 2026.

All grooming will be open at 4:00 pm on Wednesday January 30^th, 2026. No access prior to this time.

Each 10’ x 10’ spot = $65. (i.e. 10 x 20 = $130; 10 x 30 = $195, etc.). Limited grooming spaces with electrical (6 spaces) $150. Generator spaces $65 on asphalt and may be a distance from the rings. Sand bags(200) $4.00 per bag

The Fire Marshall requires a 40lbs weight per each leg on your tent. You may reserve sandbags with your reserved grooming space.

Failure to comply with the rules regarding weights or to follow instructions of wheresmyspace,com or HODC show committee members could result in disciplinary actions.

NON-RESERVED OUTDOOR GROOMING AREA

• NO generators allowed.
• Free grooming setup will start Wednesday January 30^th ,2026 at 4 PM.
• Exhibitors wishing to set up next/near to someone must arrive together. No saving of spaces. Exhibitors need to provide their name and contact information( taped to their setup)
• Although reservations are recommended, designated free grooming spaces are available on asphalt at the north and south end of the backyard and there may be a distance from the ring. Please bring your own shade and ground cover. Spaces are limited – arrive early.

Failure to comply with the rules regarding weights or to follow instructions of wheresmyspace,com or HODC show committee members could result in disciplinary actions.

Day Crating Areas:

THE SHOW COMMITTEE WILL MARK DAY CRATING SPACES. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE DAY CRATING AREAS BY 30 minutes after breed judging. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM DAY CRATING AREA BY 30 minutes after Best in Show. No items SHALL remain overnight in DAY CRATING SPACES. The Show Committee reserves the right to consolidate spaces to accommodate exhibitors.

USE OF DRYERS, ELECTRICAL HOOKUP, SCISSORING, BATHING OF DOGS OR OVERNIGHT SETUP IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE DAY CRATING AREAS.  AISLES MUST BE KEPT CLEAR. The Show Committee will designate holding areas near the rings for exhibitors to put crates and tables and Dollies while they are showing. Only approved grooming space may be used for grooming.

The Show Committee reserves the right to consolidate spaces to accommodate exhibitors.

Dog bathing facilities will be provided in designated areas.

VIOLATERS TO THE ABOVE POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINARY ACTION UP TO AND INCLUDING A BENCH SHOW HEARING.
