Outdoor Reserved Grooming More
OUTSIDE GROOMING AREAS - Reserved Grooming Area (Spaces are limited – RESERVE EARLY).
Outside Reserved Grooming will be around the outside show rings. Some spaces may be irregular due to pillars and/or trees; all spaces are approximately 10x10 size on grass.
Owners and/or handlers are responsible for maintaining control of their dogs while on the show grounds. The Cluster clubs, club members and Fairgrounds assume no responsibility for dogs unattended and/or personal items on the show site.
No vehicles are allowed to pull up to the BACKYARD to unload
All X-pens MUST be placed in your grooming space. Do not throw dirty water into trash barrels, bring a container for this. Remember to keep your space clean. The grooming area will be checked each night for cleanliness.
Requests to set up next to each other must be noted in the comment section of the online reservation system. All attempts will be made to accommodate requests but with No Guarantees.
Reserved grooming setup will start Wednesday January 30th ,2026 at 4 PM; however, “your” space will be reserved for your arrival on any day of the cluster.

Reservations must be received no later than Close of Entries, January 14th, 2026. Late fee of $10 per 10x10 will be added for reservations received after January 14th, 2026.
Fees will not be refunded and reservations cannot be changed after close of show entries January 14th , 2026.
All grooming will be open at 4:00 pm on Wednesday January 30th, 2026. No access prior to this time.
Each 10’ x 10’ spot = $65. (i.e. 10 x 20 = $130; 10 x 30 = $195, etc.). Limited grooming spaces with electrical (6 spaces) $150. Generator spaces $65 on asphalt and may be a distance from the rings. Sand bags(200) $4.00 per bag
The Fire Marshall requires a 40lbs weight per each leg on your tent. You may reserve sandbags with your reserved grooming space.
Failure to comply with the rules regarding weights or to follow instructions of wheresmyspace,com or HODC show committee members could result in disciplinary actions.

Day Crating Areas:
THE SHOW COMMITTEE WILL MARK DAY CRATING SPACES. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE DAY CRATING AREAS BY 30 minutes after breed judging. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM DAY CRATING AREA BY 30 minutes after Best in Show. No items SHALL remain overnight in DAY CRATING SPACES. The Show Committee reserves the right to consolidate spaces to accommodate exhibitors.
USE OF DRYERS, ELECTRICAL HOOKUP, SCISSORING, BATHING OF DOGS OR OVERNIGHT SETUP IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE DAY CRATING AREAS. AISLES MUST BE KEPT CLEAR. The Show Committee will designate holding areas near the rings for exhibitors to put crates and tables and Dollies while they are showing. Only approved grooming space may be used for grooming.
The Show Committee reserves the right to consolidate spaces to accommodate exhibitors.
Dog bathing facilities will be provided in designated areas.
VIOLATERS TO THE ABOVE POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINARY ACTION UP TO AND INCLUDING A BENCH SHOW HEARING.
