ensure your reservation, book a space online.

RESERVED PAID GROOMING AREA

Space is very limited. No electrical. Once the limited spaces are sold out, no

additional space will be added. Please reserve early.

NEW Free Space Reservations

FREE RESERVED GROOMING AREA (GRAND STAND SIDE OF ARENA –

DIRT SIDE – MUST BE RESERVED THROUGH WHERES MY SPACE. These

spaces will be available for reservation 8am September 21, 2026 . Free

Grooming space is reserved as, one 10X10 space only. ALL OTHER SPACES

AROUND THE ARENA FREE ON A FIRST COME FIRST BASIS.

Day Crating/Grooming Areas

THE SHOW COMMITTEE WILL MARK DAY CRATING/GROOMING

SPACES. The Show Committee reserves the right to consolidate or move

spaces to accommodate exhibitors.

AISLES MUST BE KEPT CLEAR. The Show Committee will designate holding

areas near the rings for crates, tables, and dollies while exhibitors are showing—

only immediately before ring time. No setups may remain before or after ring time,

block OR SET UP IN FRONT OF reserved grooming areas,or obstruct designated

spaces. Items left in violation of this policy may be removed by the Show

Committee. Only approved grooming areas may be used for grooming and day

crating.

Generators MUST BE SETUP OUTSIDE OF THE COVER BUILDING. The

Show Committee reserves the right to consolidate or move spaces to

accommodate exhibitors. VIOLATERS TO THE ABOVE POLICIES ARE

SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINARY ACTION UP TO AND INCLUDING A

BENCH SHOW HEARING.

Reservations must be received no later than Close of Entries, September

9. Late fee of $10 per 10x10 will be added for reservations received after

September 9, 2026 Reserved grooming spaces will be $70 per 10x10 no

power. Reserved grooming setup will start Friday after 3pm.

Fees will not be refunded and reservations cannot be changed after close of

show entries September 9, 2026.
