Outdoors Reserved Grooming

Limited outdoor grooming with electrical power. Spaces will be designated along the perimeter of Anacapa Hall and San Miguel Hall. Only 110v is available for use. No 30v or 50v usage is permitted. For Information: Stephen/Walt (949) 636-4030

All reserved grooming will be OUTSIDE and handlers are responsible for their dogs (no exceptions).

Each space request MUST be on a separate form with a separate check. All attempts will be made to accommodate requests but with No Guarantees.

Reserved grooming setup will start THURSDAY after 3 pm to 9 pm. FRIDAY to SUNDAY 6 am to 9 pm, however, “your” space will be reserved for your arrival on any day of the cluster. Dogs are not allowed overnight.

DAY CRATING/GROOMING AREAS:

Outdoor grooming without electrical is available at no charge. Bring your own canopy and enjoy the beautiful grassy areas at the Fairgrounds.

THE SHOW COMMITTEE WILL MARK DAY CRATING GROOMING SPACES. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE DAY CRATING/GROOMING AREAS BY THE END OF THE SHOW DAY.

The show committee reserves the right to consolidate or move spaces to accommodate exhibitors.

NO MATS ALLOWED ON THE GROUND OR SAVING OF SPACES. ALL TAPED OFF AREAS WILL BE REMOVED.

INSIDE THE SHOW BUILDINGS THE USE OF DRYERS, ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS OF ANY KIND, AREAS, BATHING OF DOGS OR OVERNIGHT SET UP IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE DAY CRATING AREAS. AISLES MUST BE KEPT CLEAR.

The show committee will designate holding areas near the ring for exhibitors to put crates and tables and dollies while they are showing. Only approved grooming space maybe used for grooming.

Day Crating/Grooming area reserved grooming set up will start WEDNESDAY 3 PM; THURSDAY-SUNDAY 6 AM. NON-RESERVED DAY OF SHOW SET UP AREA - Although reservations are recommended, free grooming areas, without power, are available in designated areas. Please bring your own shade for outside.

VIOLATORS TO THE ABOVE POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINARY ACTION UP TO AND INCLUDING A BENCH SHOW HEARING.

GROOMING:

All grooming must be done in approved designated areas. No crates, carts with crates, grooming tables, exercise pens or canopies will be allowed in the aisles. These setups are to be in designated areas only.

ABSOLUTELY no grooming allowed in the day-of-show parking lot. No mats or other devices that cover the grass may be used. Bathtubs will be available this year.
