Santa Cruz is the designated grooming building. Unloading is at the front entrance to the building.

Use the Online Reservation System website www.WheresMySpace.com is for making your reservation. If you wish to be adjacent to another exhibitor, please make your reservations together or indicate request online in comments section. Exhibitors should have no expectation of being adjacent to any specific exhibitor or ring. One check and form per space or person. All attempts will be made to accommodate requested locations but with No Guarantees

Reserved setup will start Wednesday at 4:00 P.M.; however, your space will be reserved for your arrival on any day of the cluster. Dogs are NOT to be left in Grooming Building overnight.

Grooming Spots are reserved. Set up in your space only. If you move your space or anyone else’s, you will be moved to non-reserved with no power!

Electricity is not available in the San Miguel Hall or Anacapa Hall. Blow driers or vacuum driers are not permitted. 

No x-pens in the Grooming Building, except cocker and toy pens. These pens must have plastic sheeting underneath the pens AND on the backs and sides at least 18” high.

Everyone is to keep their area clean. Remember to bring a broom.

Do not throw dirty water into trash barrels.

The Grooming Building will be checked nightly for cleanliness.

The Winterfest Clubs, its committees and Ventura Fairgrounds assume no responsibility for dogs or personal items left unattended in Grooming Building. Nor do they assume responsibility for personal property.

Grooming Building to be vacated one hour after Best in Show on Sunday.

Failure to comply with these posted Housekeeping Rules may result in discipline by the Event Committee.

Grooming building hours:

Wednesday: 4 PM to 9 PM; Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 6 AM to 9 PM; Sunday: 6 AM to One hour after Best In Show

Each 10 x 10’ space with electrical access is $100 for the period Wednesday – Sunday.

Reservations must be received no later than Close of Entries January 7, 2026.

Late fee of $10 per 10x10 will be added for reservations received after January 7, 2026.
