RESERVED GROOMING SPACE All reserved grooming will be outdoors, please bring your own canopies. Reserved grooming space is available through WheresMySpace.com. All reserved grooming spaces are approximately 10’ x 10’. Free Day of Show crating / grooming will only be allowed in designated areas. Bring your own ground cover. Note: No setups are allowed within 20’ of any ring.

Reserved Grooming Space Reservations will open on October 1^st, 2025.

ONLINE RESERVATIONS

Reserve your space online at www.WheresMySpace.com. Late fee of $10, per 10’ x 10’ space, will be added for reservations received after the close of show entries.

MAILED IN RESERVATIONS

The Online Reservation System website, www.WheresMySpace.com, is highly recommended when making your reservation. If you wish to be adjacent to another exhibitor, please send or make your reservations together or indicate request online in comments section. Exhibitors should have no expectation of being adjacent to any specific exhibitor or ring. One check and form per space or person. All attempts will be made to accommodate requested locations but with No Guarantees.

Reserved setup will start on Thursday after 4:00 PM, however, your space will be reserved for your arrival on any day of the cluster.

Grooming spaces are reserved. Set up in your space only. If you move your space, or anyone else’s, you will be moved to non-reserved grooming, if available.

Electricity is NOT GUARANTEED! We will do our best to accommodate everyone.

Everyone is to keep their area clean. Do not throw dirty water into trash bins. The grooming areas will be checked nightly for cleanliness. You MUST clean up all dog hair daily. Violators will be benched.

Club members, Yuma County Fairgrounds, their employees, committees, workers and volunteers assume no responsibility for dogs or personal items left unattended, nor do they assume responsibility for any injury or illness, human or animal, or damage to personal property.

All grooming areas are to be vacated immediately following Best in Show judging on Monday. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in disciplinary action by the Event Committee.
